Vision of the Study Program
To become a provider of high-quality higher education in psychology—in teaching, research, and the application of psychological science—in Southeast Asia, grounded in the values of Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Integrity, and Caring Community (EPIC).
Mission of the Study Program

Attitude
- To be devout toward God Almighty, to demonstrate humanity, to have a love for the homeland, to be capable of deliberation and fairness; to be capable of demonstrating a spirit of leadership and cooperation, and to be bold in taking risks to seize opportunities and generate solutions.

Knowledge
- Be able to understand, critically analyze, and evaluate psychological theories for use in problem-solving within their area of specialization (family, education, or industry/organizations).
- Master the fundamentals of psychological research (both quantitative and qualitative); be able to master the fundamentals of evaluation and the adaptation of psychological measurement instruments for use in conducting research.
- Be able to apply psychological theories to develop solutions and evaluate problems in a specific area of specialization (family, education, or industry/organizations) at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
General Skills
- Able to develop logical, critical, systematic, and creative thinking through scientific principles and ethics, and able to manage, develop, and maintain professional networks with colleagues and peers—both within the institution and in the community—using an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approach to support the learning process.
- Able to conduct research based on a developed roadmap; able to publish research findings in accredited scientific journals or have them accepted by international journals; and able to document, store, and retrieve research data to ensure its validity and prevent plagiarism.
- Be able to identify problems and needs, and be able to make decisions to provide solutions to problems in the community by taking into account and applying humanistic values.
Special Skills
- Able to conduct systematic literature reviews; able to evaluate; and able to
write and develop papers based on psychological concepts. - Be able to master observation and interview techniques, as well as the use of psychological instruments in accordance with the Indonesian Code of Ethics for Psychology; master data literacy and the use of technology to design, analyze, interpret, and evaluate research findings.
